We booked an end of tenancy cleaning on relatively short notice. Mariya was accommodating and her services were priced very competitively. She and her team showed up and did exactly what we agreed to. The job went off without a hitch and was done to a high standard. We received our full deposit after more than two years in the flat.

I highly DO NOT recommend this cleaning service. The cleaner claimed to have completed the job, but we found many areas that were either missed or not cleaned at all. Several spots, such as cupboards, bedside tables, the bathroom and kitchen sinks, the dishwasher, the cooker hood, and the wardrobes, were left dirty. There was also a lot of hair left behind, and we even had to help clean some areas ourselves. I understand that pet hair can be difficult to clean from carpets, but there was still a significant amount of hair on the wooden floors. You can see the oil dripping from the cooker hood and how dirty inside. The hair left in the bedside table, she didn’t even clean anything under the bed.
The cleaner seemed to cut corners in many places, such as underneath sofas and cabinets. Even opening the cover of the kitchen sink drain revealed it was filthy, which was quite shocking. I have booked end-of-tenancy cleaning services many times, and this is the only one that left me feeling both angry and unimpressed by the lack of professionalism.
When I tried to contact them to discuss these issues, my messages were ignored, which only added to the feeling of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.
If you want to risk having your deposit deducted when you move out, then by all means, hire this cleaner. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and the unprofessional response to concerns make this a service to avoid.

We did our EOT and she did an amazing job! The flat has old furniture and even older countertops, pretty much every corner needed some love, not to mention the carpets 🫣. Everything was sparkling after - kitchen, bathroom and all rooms. The landlord was very happy with the result. Thank you :)

Terrible experience with this cleaning service! We scheduled them for an end of tenancy cleaning, and they canceled just an hour before the appointment because one cleaner had an emergency. When I inquired about sending the other cleaner, they ignored me. They finally got back to us five hours later, but we had already found a replacement. Completely irresponsible service. Avoid at all costs!
